By the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:

-Identify five steps related to managing difficulties in supervision.

-Name three considerations for ethical supervision.
-Name four steps in facilitating therapist-client relationship of a supervisee.

-Explain why GLBTQ students depression often goes undiagnosed.
-Explain three of the six types of thinkers.
-Explain three behaviors of trustworthy clinical supervisors.
-Explain three of the five things you can expect when you are managing effectively.
-Explain what practical aspect is often required when working with inner city clients.
